🎙 Voice First

Send us a voice note.
Your Pay personal assistant does the rest.

Run your back office hands-free. Talk to WaPay on WhatsApp or via the Web Agent in plain English and we turn it into the invoice, quote or payment request. Driving between jobs? Holding a wrench? Both hands dirty? Tap, talk, done.

🎤 Say something like…
🎤"Charge Ken McGrath €300 for fixing the boiler"→ payment link delivered, card pays in seconds
🎤"Send an invoice to Mary O'Brien for €450 for paint job"→ VAT-compliant invoice raised + sent
🎤"Send Linda Tolan a quote for €500 for landscaping"→ quote sent, customer accepts in one tap
🎤"What am I owed?" · "Top customers this year?"→ live answer, no dashboard needed

Watch a 30-second demo

See a business owner send "Charge Ken McGrath €300 for fixing the boiler" as a voice note and watch WaPay match the customer, raise the invoice, generate a payment link and deliver it to Ken — end-to-end.

Create — invoices, quotes and payment requests

Say what you want, who it's for, and how much. WaPay picks up the intent, matches the customer and lands you on a one-tap confirm screen.

How it stays sharp on Irish + UK accents

The assistant isn't just a keyword matcher — three layers work together so voice notes still land on the right action even when speech is noisy or the transcription is imperfect.

🎧

Transcription vocabulary bias

We prime the transcription model with WaPay's command vocabulary — send an invoice, quote, charge, bill, euros, pounds — so weak-signal openings don't get misheard as everyday words.

🧠

Intent router with priority

Patterns are checked top-down and the first match wins. Specific intents (KPI queries, quote, dashboard, help) get first look; the generic send verb only catches invoices as a last-resort catch-all so nothing shadows the specific commands.

🔍

Fuzzy customer matching

Substring search runs first. If no direct hit, a similarity ratio (≥ 0.75) sweeps every customer in your book — catching Whisper drift like McGraw → McGrath, Smyth → Smith, O Brien → O'Brien without ever asking you to spell it out.

Match-confirm before send

Every creation intent lands on a confirmation screen that shows the matched customer + last-4 of their number as a tap-to-send button, plus an Add Number fallback if it's not the right person. No accidental invoices to the wrong customer.
